As a foreign investor, you can buy Australian properties as long as the property is brand new. Reason being, Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) which is the government authority who authorises foreign transactions, will approve a foreign purchase only if the property is brand new.
We have formulated a simple 6 step model where you can invest with us and the investment model is depicted below:
We have over 1000 properties all over Australia for you to choose from. Depending on your requirements or circumstances, one of our consultants will assist you to choose the appropriate property for you
We will assign a dedicated Australian solicitor to take care of your interest in the purchase and the solicitor will obtain the Foreign Investment Review Board Approval for you. FIRB is the government authority who authorises foreign transactions. More information can be found on their website: www.firb.gov.au
Australian Banks will lend you 60% of the property value by evaluating your overseas income. A dedicated relationship manager will be assigned to you and we will take care of the property finance for you.
An Australian solicitor will be assigned to you and they will review the contracts and assist you with the transactions from the time you deposit on a property up to the hand over of the property.
Upon completion of the property, our property management division will take care of the property rental and the ongoing property management for you.
When you want to re-sell your property, we will assist you by re-selling the property for you, so that you can move on to the next property.
